Returns / Exchanges


Products sold on-line are returnable for full store credit if an item is received damaged. The item may be replaced or refunded. PLEASE MAINTAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS WHEN FILING A CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED ITEM. All claims for a damage refund must be done within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. This policy is waived, however, if your purchase was for a specific holiday. In that case your purchase may be returned or credited due to damage within 5 days after the holiday date.


We guarantee everything we sell! If you are unhappy, for any reason, with your purchase you may return it for full store credit within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.


Shipping charges may also be incurred when making an exchange. Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your purchase. Please be advised that if the total value of your purchase, after the return is complete, falls below the guidelines for free shipping, we may impose shipping charges as indicated on our site.
